Gift Cards

You can buy Gift cards for your loved ones using your Jane App account by clicking here. Once you complete the purchase, you will receive an email receipt with a unique gift card number that is linked to your Jane profile at Acumamas. Your loved ones simply need to provide us with this unique number to redeem the Gift card.

We offer the option of providing a PDF version of the Gift Card that can be printed for ease of sharing, see sample below. If you would like to receive a pdf copy of your Gift card, please send us an email at info@acumamas.com with below listed information and we will send you back the pdf version of your gift card. To provide you with PDF version of the Gift card, we will need 1) first name of person for whom you are buying the gift card, 2) your first name and 3) the unique gift card number sent to you via email.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 36 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 36 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a full cancellation fee.

For personal and medical emergencies (including going into labor) please arrange for someone to contact us at info@acumamas.com, so we may have adequate time to try to fill your appointment time.
